I was in the Bighorns camping when my check engine light came on. We're traveling through Wyoming, coming from Arizona, so don't know any dealerships in the area. Sheridan Motors was able to scan the truck on a Monday and found 4 error codes. At the time they didn't think they would be able to get the truck into a tech for a couple weeks, but as it turned out they were able to get the truck in the Friday of the same week. Diagnosed and fixed the issue in a few hours. We feel like they salvaged about three weeks of our trip since the next available tech at any dealer within 150 miles was over two weeks out. We are very very appreciative!!

I know very little regarding vehicles. On three occasions when starting our Yukon, it experienced some form of a reset. We were able to notice this because the clock would reset to midnight hour. They couldn’t locate any problem other than the date/year setting was for sometime in 2013. They reset the clock/date and I paid my bill.

I finally got 3500 mi. on truck and took it in for the first service which was suppose to be free. I asked about this when I went in and the gal said it expired Dec 2024. When I picked the truck up the service manager asked if it was first service, and changed it to free. The next day the gal calls and says GM kicked it back and I needed to pay for service. I went and paid. I guess the rub is they did not tell me the first service had an expiration date when I bought the truck.
