I finally got 3500 mi. on truck and took it in for the first service which was suppose to be free. I asked about this when I went in and the gal said it expired Dec 2024. When I picked the truck up the service manager asked if it was first service, and changed it to free. The next day the gal calls and says GM kicked it back and I needed to pay for service. I went and paid. I guess the rub is they did not tell me the first service had an expiration date when I bought the truck.

Fabulous! Everyone was so helpful and easy. We were travelling thru and had truck issues. They gave us a loaner car and towed our RV to a campground for us. Truck was ready early morning and we were on our way! Excellent!

Had truck 30 days fixed one problem. We picked up truck and within a little over 400 miles truck exhaust emissions system still not working properly now has been back in shop at Johnson Auto Plaza in Brighton Colorado where we bought since 9/29/25. Still there as of today 10/15/2025

Took my vehicle in for service,told them what it was doing. They called me 2 hours later to ask what it was doing. Then they only took the problem part off and cleaned it and reinstalled. Then when I went to get in my vehicle to leave there was a check engine light on that was not on when I dropped it off. They took it back in and looked at it and told me that they didn’t find anything. Just be honest people.
